How long does it take for kit to arrive?
Usually our kit takes 4 weeks to arrive from design, sometimes this can take upto 6 weeks dependant on external factors such as shipping.
What kind of support do you offer?
We are UK based and aim to respond within 24 hours to any queries. We will also update you on progress as kit is being made and rough timelines where possible.
What’s your refund policy?
We don’t accept refunds on Custom made kit, however we are more than happy to do small scale test orders first before you commit to ordering in larger quanities
Do I need a kit design already?
No, We are happy to create brand new designs and will work with you to make it exactly as you require. We will also happily recreate exisiting kit.
Do you offer crash replacement?
We offer a discount on garments due to crashes when training or racing, contact us for more information.
